A Few Pics and Video of the Nismo! New paint + track day!
As promised, I would update you all with some recent changes to the carro!
This is not the everyday wheel choice for the car! I have to work with what I have, since my front TEs were damaged, and irreparable.
On the brighter side, I just had my paint and body done about 2 months ago, so the natural reaction was, "let go mess up that fresh paint by goin' drifting"!
Luckily, the car (and the paint) are in mint condition!
The paint is one of those things that changes colors in the lighting. It was mixed into the clear coat, to give a nice little tint. The pictures don't do it justice, but you might be able to see slight hints of the color. Overall it's still white, but with a flare of green, gold, and pink glitter!
Here are a few still shots of the car 2 weeks ago:
Some body clamps. Easy access! I decided to keep the bumpers on for this track day. Can't say that I'll always choose to do that.
Some action shots:
Also, for some extra pleasure. Please take some time to watch some video that event and the week after:

Thanks everyone!
Clamps I got from an off-road store. Apparently, those off-roaders like to use em quite often. They DO have a locking mechanism, so not too shabby. But I still have zip ties underneath it all keeping it together for a snug fit.
And this is at Willow Springs, more specifically Balcony. You should come out and drive. Me and the homies are there once every month or so ish.
Oh me neither. Used tires FTW! I can say that I have never ever ever drifted on a new set of tires :'(
Thanks! And yes, that was actually my first day driving tandem! Haha, I didn't do to well following other people because unfortunately, I don't trust myself to not hit the person in front of me. However, my friend with the Lexus, we ended up running together a few times, and at first I didn't even know he was behind me. I thought I was driving solo, until afterward he told me he was behind me O.o
In short, yes it's very scary at first (and still is), but it's a positive kind of pressure to push you to the next level. As far as if he hit me, he's not held responsible since we are at the track and drifting has the risk of crashing into someone else! If you're not willing to pay for damages, then you definitly shouldn't be drifting with other people. But if I were to hit someone, I would definitely try to help out with repairs, as courtesy.

Saw Nismo #0085 at Caffeine and Octane in Atlanta over the weekend(don't think he's registered here)...it is silver and he had lower parts painted silver, looked good. I like the dark lower myself.

Well me and some homies will be driving at an event coming up on the 16th at Horse Thief Mile at Willow Springs. If you're down to drive that, let me know. It's both a time attack and drift event, so you can have an opportunity to drive both if you'd prefer that!
Anywho, I'll PM you my number. Text me!
