Guy offered me cash money
IMO, if you really wanted to sell it, you'd have $22k and no Nismo
.
It's your choice to make, if you're in a better position to have the cash than the car, do it. If it's the opposite, keep the car and enjoy it!

Many dealers are still selling high milage Nismo's for 26k+ Plus all the nice little fees that go along with buying from a dealership.
Keep it.

I did a bit of research. I have the car listed for around $25K and Nismos around the country are not selling for that much. Comparable cars are going for around the low to mid $20Ks.
$22K is pretty reasonable and within the ballpark. The reason I'm selling is that I want a Guitar.

It depends, my situation was similar,
I got offered $17,000 for my 2003 black 350z with 140,000 km, the car is mint and recently repainted in black.
Now, while I paid much less then 17k for the car, it didn't make sence to sell it because I loved the car and I want my next car to be an exige, so to sell it now for 17k, be carless and not have enough funds to upgrade it didnt make sence.
For me it was better to wait a year, sell the car for 13-14 and then have the money to upgrade.
tl;dr - don't sell it unless you have something else to fall back on

You sell a car because 1) you no longer want it and/ or 2) You have plans for the $$ (including not being able to make payments). Is the answer to one of those *YES*?
