What is a Mint Nismo 350Z Worth?

In 2009 I considered a leftover 07 Nismo on a local dealer lot. Just test drive miles on the car. we talked numbers and they were down to $26k to move the car. It was slightly more than I wanted to spend and I still kick myself for not buying it.
Anyways, the big issue with Nismo's is it's even more of a niche car. Used Nismo 370's are under $30k now. Just going off what I would be looking at. My credit union uses NADA for valuations. An "average" Nismo is booking at $17.9 retail. Based on your mileage it's giving me a value of $24,075. They're only going to lend 90% because it's 7 years old. That's down to $21665. That's $500 more than trade in value sadly.
That said, you'll hold out for a cash buyer that REALLY wants a Nismo 350. Not saying it's not worth anything, but as with a lot of Nismo owners, the financing simply isn't there for a majority of buyers. Of course being such a low mileage and pristine example it will have more value than the book, but the banks don't care about that.

I'm a Z guy back to the original 240 I once owned.
However, after dealing in several cars that were collectables,
I do not see the Nismo in that category. If you are truly interested in
selling your mint Nismo,do some homework on what area of the country
is selling that car for the higest price.Somehow,I'm thinking S.C. is
not gonna offer up big bucks.Look on e-bay and Hemmings to get
a feel for the demand for your Nismo. Many will just see the car as a 2007 Z.
Check shipping rates. You may want to list your car on some of the more obscure
sites that are seen by overseas buyers. However,I just don't think the car is
gonna be in a high demand that a buyer is gonna jump through hoops to get.
For example,I once had a mint Alfa spyder that I wanted to sell.Living in FL
at the time,I had a few hits in the region.I listed the car online.Received an offer from
a guy in Louisiana that paid my asking price, arranged for the shipping and getting the
car inspected by a certified source.
There is a buyer for everything you want to sell.Got to cast the net over a larger area.
I'm thinking 25K is the max for your Nismo.

If the car is garaged, then the clear bra is easily removed with a heat gun. I doubt someone with a Nismo is going to let it deteriorate to the point that it's yellow or cracking which would be very tough to remove. Can still do it without sanding, but much more work.

Exactly. Mine looks brand new and was very well done by Derek Johnson with Atlanta Protective Films. He works on all kinds of exotic cars including a McLaren just recently! I have the owner Certificate that Nissan sent all the original owners of the Nismo as well as the window sticker.

Here is a link for shots of my 240Z. I don't have any good shots of my Nismo. We'll work on that!

I plan to get some good shots of the Nismo 350Z this weekend and list it on my350z if everything goes as planned this weekend. I'll be driving the 240Z to the local Upstate Z club meeting Tuesday night. Thanks.

Interesting Carmax has a 07 & 08 Nismo with 27K/28K miles and both listed at $25998. Cars are in TX & CA. Mine would be a bargain at $24.5K for 1500 miles. May have to rethink my number!

There aren't enough price points to really determine the value of used NISMOs. It really depends on how bad you need to sell it. In my opinion, we NISMO owners determine the value by what we decide to sell them for. Since its a limited production car, it comes down to simple supply and demand and I think the sellers are favored for NISMOs. If that were my car, I would take no less than 24k if I wasn't in a hurry.
I consider my NISMO to be mint as well, but I have 12k miles on mine and I would not take less than 22k if I were to sell it today, period.
Stick to your guns and good luck with the sale.

By the way, about the above posts about the low dealer price, I bought my 2008 brand new from Nissan For 31k +ttl in January 2009. But it took a good poker face and some hard negotiating to get it there.
