I would not think it makes a difference either. I think the only difference is the sheet metal. I think the Chassis is basically the same. I think the worst case scenario is that I would have to have some welding done in order to attach the dampener brackets to the frame.

Front damper bolts on your front fiberglass core support in the front.

I'm not sure how different the rear will be on a convertible, only way would be to try...

I did a quick MSPaint of a roadster (not mine) with the Nismo V3 rear spoiler to see how it would look. What do you guys think?

My oem nismo suspension came in yesterday and my Autech frame dampeners arrived today...

I positioned the damper to what seems to be the best place to mount it:

I will need to drill an access hole in which to stick my finger into in order to hold the nut in which the damper mounting bracket will screw into. What do you guys think?

It didnt think so. I was going to make my own bracket to hold the middle.
