wheel gap question

I have an 04 350z. 225 45 19 on the front and 245 45 9 on the rear. what is the widest I can run without cutting or cutting. keep in mind I wanna go with the flush look?

Your tires are too big. Your tire width will be determined by your wheel width... And the widest you can go without cutting will depend on your wheels offset...
