+12 might be ok in the rear depending on tire. +12 in the front on a 370z will be sticking outside the fender...a lot.

I dont have pictures but I can tell you it will fit. I am running 20x10.5 with a +5 in the rear right now.. now its not on a nismo but i believe the fenders are the same size.. if not very close. Depending on the width of the rim you could acctually probably go a little more aggressive in the rear. The front the most aggressive offset i have done was a 8.5x 19 with a +14. It fit very flush.Hope that helps.

The actual front track width of the 370z is wider than the 350z even with the wider fenders, it'll require less offset to fill the fenders. I've seen 19x9.5 +22s up front on a 370z and it was super flush (Probably near bluz370's 19x8.5 +14 since his is less 1-inch than the 19x9.5).

There's a guy in town running 19x10.5 +12 in the rear with 305s on his 370z and they fit but he has some obvious rear camber, not sure if he rolled his rear fenders or not.

370Z's require higher offsets in the front much like the GTR, thats why they bet this thread to fail

ya i know they will fit. how flush is the question im wondering. im not sure about the fronts like u mentioned. i think they will need lil less offset then 22 to make it flush.

+22 on a 9.5 width rim will be almost flush. You can subtract maybe 2-3mm more...but on a 245/40 tire...thats about the max without rubbing something. I am using 9.5 +22 with a 245/40 and that worked...tried a 5mm spacer and it is rubbing on certain turns and hard sudden bumps in the road.

This is on drop springs at least. In that aspect...the guys above are correct in saying that the +12 will stick out.

You will need to drop it on coilovers to really camber the arms to have them tuck back in. Others have used +12 on the front and it will fit. You just will have to drop it lower with coilovers. Looking at maybe a -2.0+ camber to get it back in though. Tires are going to be the next issue.

Its up to you....but yes it will fit if you use coilovers and drop it down for the adjustments. Or just use +22 for drop springs only.
