Default Question about kits..

I'm starting to look into spraying, and one thing I figured was that it would be much simpler (and probably more affordable) to go with a kit.
One I am looking at is the NX Stage One EFI Kit + GenX-2 Upgrade. First of all, would this be a good choice? Does anyone have this installed and have pics of the setup?

Also, I'm thinking of doing a 100-shot. Is 100-shot too much for a complete beginner, with a somewhat basic kit?

most ppl say a 100 shot is near the max of what you can run before having to upgrade your fuel pump. It also gets into the area where ppl start to use N2O controllers (to help with getting traction)

-As for the kit, looks good. You may want to consider a TPS/window switch...it'll only let your spray if you're WOT & between a pre-set RPM range - that way, if you screw up and boucne off the rev limiter, or tray to spray at too low of an rpm, or at 1/2 throttle, it won't let you.

I have the NX EFI w/ GenX-2. GREAT set-up. If your worried and want an automatic set-up get a Window switch and a WOT (as mentioned above). The Maxizimer cost more but it really helps out if you plan on running a bigger shot or drag racing.

Im selling my set if your interested.

So with that kit I mentioned, the upgrade, and a TPS/window switch, I could run a 100-shot? And safely?
Is the thing about 100-shot that it can be unsafe or is it that youll lose traction (I'm talking about if using TPS/window switch, safety features, whatnot.)

And are there any other really important safety components I need to look at?

unsafe is a loose word to interpurt. you can mess things up w/ a 50 shot.

But w/ proper install and precautions all should be good*

Depending on when you spray you can very easily lose traction; even a 75 shot.

Don't want to start another thread, so two things:
Is it common to put gauges in an A-pillar gauge pods on the drivers side?
I'm liking this switch thing a lot.. I'm just wondering where to put it. I know I could get it in the main cubby (where OEM navi goes) but I kinda like having that space to put things in. Would it be wierd to put that in a gauge pod on the A-pillar?

lots of FI ppl have 2-3 guages on the A-pillar...it all depends on if you like how it looks. (I'm putting mine in the Nav Cubby - I like a stock looking interior)

Awesome. One thing - would a dealer void my engine warranty if they saw nitrous switches, gauges, and a bottle in the car?

if that switch was around when i installed my system i would of gotten it instead of my fuel pressure gauge. i think it looks sweet. but the wiring might be a bit of a pain because you'll be very limited on space in that area.
