Best Inter cooler No2 spray? Anyone have opinions.... \
Also, If I may be so inclined.... How safe would a 50 wetshot be when used w/ a Vortech SC Kit?

Hey Art

I am sure there are others that will chime in as they know a helluva lot more than I do about this.. The only thing I would really worry about is your internals.. Although a 50 shot 'may' not make that big a difference.. Also your EM might need a little upgrade too.. But I could be wrong..
What's your current set-up? (engine internals, boost/pulley size, ECU...)
In general, a 50 wet shot is similar to adding an addition 50 HP from your SC - added horsepower from these means is from the added fuel that is being delivered. (you can get more HP to the wheels by either adding more fuel [while keeping the AF constant] or by increaseing your effeicency [reducing the restrictions in your intake/exhaust, weight,...])

I thought the Vortech's already started making boost fairly low in the power band anyway? The only thing I have seen the shot for (granted this is in the mustang world) is to help you cover the ground until your SC starts making boost. With common SC setups, it would be a waste imho. Also, I wouldn't see use it for the intercooler, but I live in an area where the hot weater isn't that bad. If you have the parts already, then go for it, but if you want to save money I would invest elsewhere. Lighten your drivetrain for example, gears, roll bar, etc.
EDIT* I used to live in Tucson, so I know how you feel about the heat. I can't tell you want a good setup would be for an intercooler spray. Again, if you dont have the parts, maybe look at the water/men injection kits instead? I think you might get a longer life out of something like that than filling the bottle alot depending on how often your on the boost.

I had this for my car. You don't have a remote bottle opener so it's not really practical for the streets, but more for strip/race use (I'm not sure if the NOS unit has a remote bottle opener unit). The good thing about C02 is it is about 1/4 the price of NO2, cools just as well, and you have a lot more places that sell it (pretty much any welding supply shops).
