Im gonna put about 3 gallons of 100 octane and 3 gallons of 93 for the heck of it to see if it makes a diference of not. I will put my new dyno numbers up for you guys. Im hoping for 334 whp and 362 tq but I won't cross my fingers, lol! Ya gotta love nitrous!

The big thing i read over and over is, "dont rely on your nitrous to make your car fast"... if you do this and keep uping your jets etc etc... something is going happen sooner or later.

Why, would anyone listen to you. Your the one that blew up your car. I would keep mighty fine post like this one to yourself untill you learn how not to blow up your own car.
Thanks

Hey guys. I went to the dyno this weekend and it ended up pretty crappy as far as the numbers go. I went with the recomended jet sizes zex told me to get and in my opinion the fuel jet is a size or so too big because it ran pretty rich. I can't post a dyno sheet right now becausemy scaner is not wanting to work at this time but I will get it up as soon as possible. The numbers are as possible. Also, I put straight 100 octain in and it seemed to hurt the numbers a bit. The air temp and humidity were the same so it was the only thing that was changed.
Without Nitrous- 240 whp, 230 tq
100 shot- 318 whp, 339 tq (air fuel ratios at its highest at 4500 rpm at 11.5 and by the time rpm's hit 6000, they are at 10.5 and drop down to 10 at about 6300. It is running a little rich. The air fuel ratio goes completly off the chart as soon as I hit it and does'ent come back onto the cart for another 2500 rpm. Yes I know this is really safe but there is more power to be made with this setup is all im saying)
Dyno before last weekend:
No Nitrous- 243 whp, 234 tq
75 shot- 312 whp, 335 tq (air fuel ratios between 11-12.5)
Im going to order the next step smaller fuel jet and take it back to the dyno and see if it helps any. I will try to get the dyno sheet up soon!

As the saying goes, "If you want to make an omlet, you're gonna have to break some eggs."
If you don't know this already, you have alot to learn. Alberto blew the motor using turbo....not nitrous. His experiences (whether good or bad) can teach us alot. Turbo, IMO is nothing but a headache....especially on the Z. Trial n error is usually the way ppl do things when no one has set a standard or rule of thumb. I can see already that you talk first, think later (if at all). Throw a turbo on your Z and lets see how long you last. Alberto.....you gonna chime in here? hahaha.
