Default Nitrous dyno numbers

Well, I went to the dyno today to see what it put down. They are as follows.

No spray: 243 HP, 234 TQ

55 shot: 287 HP, 300 TQ

75 shot: 312 HP, 335 TQ, Air Fuel: never above 12.5

It is on a 2006 and is a Zex wet kit and with the mods listed below. How do my numbers rate? Im ordering a 100 shot tomorrow and am taking it to the dyno when I get it.

You can get a 100 shot off zex.com. I just ordered mine a second ago. The jet sizes are 46 for nitrous and 26 for the fuel. I had to call to find it out so maybe it will help you a little. There were only about $14 shipped. You should go ahead and order them.

Thanks guys. I coulde'nt believe the 100 TQ increase either! I took it out for a test run and beat my buddies full bolt-on (long tube headers, no cats, exhaust, pullies, intake manifold, larger throttle body, and intake lid) camarro! It felt good to pull on a V8 on top end. I can't wait for the 100 shot. Im getting an exhaust at the same time so that should help a little. I will let you know the new dyno numbers when I get them. I hope to get it to the track soon !

Alberto, it was only at 12.5 right when I hit it at about 3000-3500 rpm then went way down from there.

It goes off the charts at about 5800-6000. It has a 7000 rpm redline btw.

Torque gains are simple to calculate:
Convert the HP value of jet at 6,000 rpm to torque [~~0.87] then correct for filling volume of Nitrous............at 3,000 rpm the Nitrous would be twice as much per cylinder filling, at 4500 it would be 1.5 times [x 0.87] as much.

Roughly 1.3 times the HP jet label IF NA torque peak rpm is 4500
Roughly 1.75........................................................ ...is 3000.
