Default Pics of my NX install

Well the final leg of man hours should be completed this week; but I wanted to post pics of the NX 100 shot install. Mike & Colt at Top Notch Performance in San Antonio did a spectacular job as well as their painter; the engine covers and bottles are a perfect match to the car. They are in the process of designing a nylon type "Z" decal for the bottles but the paint guy needs to get a few other jobs completed first. I'm very pleased with the outcome!!!

clean install - car looks good with all the matching red...the red portion of the sub is nice touch. Have you gotten a chance to drive it yet - 100 shot should be fun!

sweet looking install doc. I need to star modding mine already. As soon as it gets back from the body shop due to someone hitting me on my passenger door.

Not bad man. All you need now is a UTEC to tune fuel and timing and you'll have a well rounded car. Keep it up!!!

I have not had a chance to spray it yet as we are finishing the wiring for power this week. This is my daily driver so it's tough to get into the shop. Should be done this week and I will be at the track friday.
I've been looking into a tune but unsure which way to go. I've got a few options but still contiplating. I considered a reflash; I've only got a few NA mods so that would be sufficient. I'm also looking into an Emanage in case I mod a little more in the future.
Thank you for the comments....Top Notch did it all though.....

Nice-ditch the AEM or make it into a short ram if you want more power...

Alberto, funny you mention the short ram. I did that about 2 weeks ago and ran into horrible idle problems. When the radiator kicked on the idle would fluctuate up and down about 300-400 RPM. I also had it stall twice on me....and it's an AT. I was told what the reasoning was but I forgot.....it's something to do with the switch in the intake. I'd love to go back to a short ram!

Sell it on here and buy the K&N Typhoon....short ram with a heat shield AND a snorkle that runs down to the grill in the front bumper. Never had an idle issue with it.
