Well back on topic!!! I got a Bracket today off Ebay. With a little polishing it will be perfect. Here are some pictures of it sitting in my hatch!

Thanks. Anyone who has install the nitrous feed line. Where did you run it? Which side of the car? where did you penetrate the firewall? I want to run a 4 gauge wire and the lines. Any suggestions would be helpful? Thanks.

You guys should really use PM instead of hijacking the post!! I will probably center the bottle. It was just easier to mount it there if I was going to manually turn the bottle on and off. I just got a remote opener so I will end up center mounting it.

I must say, my only disappointment with my zex system is the remote bottle opener. It isn't strong enough and doesn't close the bottle all the way. My car sits all week and is only driven on the weekends and a lot of times my bottle will be empty in just a matter of a week or two with only about 2-3 sprays. It has a very weak motor. So I reverted to closing it manually for now. I think I am going to look into the nos bottle opener. Outside of that I love my zex kit!

Argh! I'm not happy to hear that, Edretti Years ago on my present SE-R I ran NOS but never had an electric opener on it. Instead I just left it open and ready, 24/7. No matter what it would last me a month, month after month.

I was hoping that the nitrous companies would have had this down pat by now. NOS told be back then (before they were bought by Holley and still located in Cypress, CA) that their solenoids had rubber O-rings that the N2O would leak by. The kicker when I talked to them about their remote bottle valve was that it was the same way and if you really wanted to secure the nitrous, you still had to manually open and close it *sigh*

Anybody have experience with other remote bottle valves?

Any of you Z owners know of a reputable race shop or installer for NOS in the LA or OC area?

If you don't mind I am going to pass it on to a few more boards. If you do email me and I will remove them

I read Page 1 till dis recent one - on a single sitting. I didn't move off the chair 'til I was absolutely done reading everything. Wow, u guys really have a lot of time typing these info... hahaha as I have a lot of time readin it.

I'm interested in getting NX. I'm going 2 order mine tomorrow. Hmmm looked @ their website, tryin 2 figure out d best of wat NX offer. Definitely goin w/ their 75shots. Biggest concern isn't getting d system, but rather d costs of installation & where 2 place d bottle (thinking of getting d composite bottle). 1st 1/2 of d trunk (sound system enclosure) & need my 2nd 1/2 for my other things i.e. bags, etc. Maybe I can fit something in betw. d pillar brace.

I've read d stories bout ZEX to incl. their cust. svc. & reput. in helping customers. IMHO, cust. svc. makes or breaks d company. U can have d best system in d world, but if u have a terrible cust. support, I won't endore or use ur company's product(s).

Gonna call them tomorrow and see the whole thing... will post more later down after installation. Will check back for response and other information.
