relay hum? troubleshoot the issue

My relay just hums and doesnt activate the output.

any clue as to whats going on?

Change the relay. The last time i had a relay make a buz/hum sound smoke came out of it afterwhile.

^^ +1. The relay is toast. Connection issues inside the relay will cause that sound and eventually overload the rest of the relay causing it to burn or smoke.
