I love the quote that you can run a 100 shot with no problem at all. I would never run a 100 shot without retarding the timing a few degrees. Obviously he doesnt know **** about Zs and is just a marketing dude. SAD

hes Zex's import guy. he use to own and drive their pro FWD yellow zex civic back in the day.

he also is one of the head R&D guys for zex, so i am sure he knows what he is talking about...

obviously the ideal safety is to run colder plugs and pull timing, but isnt required.

100 shot is a lot? lol

Anything less than that is a joke. I like the fact that they are going to sell a 07 specific kit.

All Zex kits are car specific on line lengths, fuel rail attachments, etc.

I would definately run this setup, this looks like a nice clean way to go with the ZEX.

uhhhh..........you can do it without any issues.

I ran an NX setup with a 100 hp shot, and i was no problem. I had no tuning. just nitrous and test pipes. I picked up 15 mph in the 1/4 mile when using the 100 shot.

Ive ran 2 bottles in my Z and love it Zex is a plug a play system that is really easy to install. It took me about 5 hours to run everything, gauge, heater, lines and so on. Thanks ZEX

I've got 03z with close to 52,xxx. My main focus for the time being is interior & exterior but I've been thinking of adding nitrous. The thing is I’ve always been skeptical when thinking of adding notorious, especially with the amount of miles my z has plus the risk of blowing the motor. I'd appreciate any input on if it would be a wise choice to go with nitrous and if so which get and what other parts etc. would be required to be safe.

Sorry for the noob question
Thanks in advance,
Justin

There is plenty of info. on this site. You can buy a NX wet kit brand new, and some 1 step colder plugs and you would be good to go. The list of accessories for nitrous can be endless though. Its all a matter of how much money you have and would like to spend.

I have a 04 just turned 61k as long as you go through all the precautions you will be fine I'm know running a zex 55 shot with 1 step cold plugs stock tune waiting for a utec to upgrade the shot safely spray at 1000 psi on a 55 shot in second gear right at 3200 rpms and you'll feel a big difference it makes you want to go a shot higher. But remember using it all the time will @*^k your motor up
