Will the eManage work with Nitrous?
I need to find out if the GReddy eManage (Blue) will work with Nitrous. I know nothing about Nitrous other than there are two types (Dry & Wet).I searched and searched, and found nothing . THANKS.
P/S: Don't answer my question with: UTEC. I know that the UTEC is better, but I NEED to know about eManage

Are you asking if the emanage can control nitrous? Or if you can have an emanage set up with nitrous also? I'm sure you could run nitrous with an emanage tune since they wouldnt really have anything to do with eachother but if you want to use the emanage to tune the nitrous then no. The blue isnt really designed to handle very much, maybe the ultimate has some options but I doubt it. I assuming you want an emanage only because its cheap because it really won't offer you much, if youre going to get nitrous then save the money and buy the UTEC and learn more than just dry and wet. Don't half *** it and try to do it cheap, itll only cause problems in the long run.

You dont have to get a utec to spray nos. There are plenty of guys out there running turbos, superchargers, and nos with an emanage. If that was the case than Hondas and 240sx would be in trouble because I dont believe they make a utec for those cars. The emanage is not the best thing in the world but either is the utec. Typically depending on how much nos your running you dont need to run anything but maybe 1 heat range cooler spark plug and still use factory timing. Most of the time all your doing with a wet system is spraying the nos and fuel at the same time and sometimes to help with detonation is to back the timing off a bit. The emanage is quite able to do so. I dont recommend dry nos system if you are asking these questions. Also I think edelbrock created a system specifically designed for the Z, that maybe something to consider. This is the basic point and this topic and opinions could go on forever. Do lots of reading call Greddy and sometimes you may have to just try it out, no forced induction is 100% safe, but man its fun.
