G35 switches in ashtray

i have seen pictures of this but now i can not find them.. can anyone post some if they have them and tell me what i need to do this??

it's a '04 G35 coupe, 6MT.
remove the ashtray insert, modify the spring loaded door mechanism, machine a custom cover plate and install the switches.
It took 3 hours of work and 4 hours of thinking.
