Sorry been bust but the flashing is not correct. The tech asked if the power and ground switch are shared. They need to be on an insulated/seperate circuit otherwise it could pick up a noise signal. He also thought that the power ground that the unit maybe loose or intermitant. The 111 solid lights (not flashing) is correct depending on what you have the unit set for. The led's left to right indicate as follows:

A = Throttle position activation switch status [0 = off / 1 = on]
B = Gear lock out for channel 1 [0 = feature off / 1 = locked out]
C = Gear lock out for channel 2 [0 = feature off / 1 = locked out]
