Default Questions about install...

Do you need to use some kind of RVT / rubber gasket when installing the fuel tap?
It seems to me that the oring should seal it, but it is leaking.

Do you need the fuel pressure safety valve/ switch installed when running n20 with a TXS UTEC?

Thanks for any help.

Check the O-ring.
Mine split the first time I installed it. It caught the edge and cut it in two,

Fuel Pressure safety switch is always a good idea, but it's not needed with some kits, like ZEX. Zex has one built into the control box.

Thanks. I looked at the o-rings and they look good. It's a NX kit.

Hmmm,
They shouldn't leak. You might cal Dynotune and see if they have an idea.
Only thing I could see causing a leak is the o-ring either being split or damaged, or a flaw in the cast of the unit itself.

I bet it's the o-ring. I had the same problem and couldn't figure it out. Ended up jus treplacing the o-ring and it fixed the problem. Sometimes they look okay but can still leak. Give it a shot if you are still having problems. It's a cheap enough option.
