I Wanna Get Wet
this is a nitrous question but I dont feel like sortng through the 200+ replies on "the big bad nitrous post"...

Did you read the MaxHax thread? It's deleted now but if you don't know about it I'll try and summarize the 15 pages of it for you. Max mods car like crazy....uses NOS....gets Procharger (no more NOS).....car dynoed a lot......Blows engine.
Not stating any cause and effect theories here. Just telling you what happened.

That has to be a "my350z.com record" any way thanks for the advise Doctorbonz, but Max's problem was caused by the place that put in his N20 system and Crossed the fuel line and N20 line thus dumping WAY too much fuel into his engine and causing his rings to Burn up thus permitting the Blow by of oil...I honestly feel that the S/C had nothing to do with it but only finished off the rings. I told this to max but he dissagreed with me...Any way I guess you know absolutely nothing about cars right doc???I do all my work myself and I know what I am doing I was just asking if anyone had some examples of a wet n20 install so I may save time with trial and error...N20 does not ruin an engine improper use and fuel mixture and letting people who know nothing touch your car ruins an engine...

King, you are right. I know absolutely nothing about cars. I was only putting that out there for you in the event YOU didn't know anything about them. Apparently you do, so you may therefore completely disregard my post.
I wasn't sure if you were following Max's thread and just wanted you to have all the available information that this site offers about people who have used NOS. Which by the way was basically what you were looking for so my post was NOT off topic as badly as you stated.
It is hard to offer a biased opinion on something I really don't know much about. As was mentioned above, I KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT CARS
I recommend you reread my post. Where exactly is the part where I tell him he is going to blow up his engine?
It seems like I was going out of my way to NOT blame the blown engine on the nitrous.
King, Max disagrees with you since your theory probably won't get him much of a verdict in his battle with his installer (of the Procharger that is).

Yes, you are giving a biased opinion! The man asked about a fuel line & you're telling him he's going to blow his engine if he uses N20!!

Yeah max is getting the shaft...He also should have never trusted the guys at Nissan. I almost got screwed by my dealer when they "heard" that I had Nitrous in my car they did not want to replace my tranny..But...they couldnt prove a thing and had to honor my warranty..Max should have brought the car back to Nissan Bone Stock and said..UHHH its like broke..Fix it dude..And he would have saved himself some $$$$. Never trust a Dealership..period..
Any way thanks for the advice if I can ever help you out in a knee surgery let me know..LOL

call SPX Kent-Moore at (800) 345-2233 and ask for part# J44321-4 is a fuel adapter that connects to our fuel rail ($30). There is some pics of it on "the big bad nitrous post".
good luck.
He is correct. I have the zex system hooked up and it works perfectly running 150 shot. The fuel adapter fits perfectly on the pass side fuel rail and can easily removed and show no signs of the dealer ever knowing. It's the same adapter the have to attach in order to run a fuel pressure test. Best of luck!
I have been in our cars with both a fuel tap and the above mentioned fuel rail adaptor. GET the adaptor, it worked much better IMO. mjedens is using the fuel rail adaptor and his ZEX nitrous works great. He dynoed 350 hp at the wheels with his 100 shot.
Is there no answer? I don't think that you can get this part anywhere else. This is typically a dealer only item. Spx makes all these special tools for most dealers but can be purchased by anyone. Good luck by Saturday too...
