Wideband for 03's
I been reading up on nitrous setups and now plan to accuire soon. My question is: Does the 03 Z's require narrow band air/fuel sensors or all Z's require widebands? Thanks
Correct.
ALL cars come with narrowband O2 sensors. This is a 1 volt sensor that isn't accurate enough for specific air/fuel mixture readings.
You will need to install a wideband that is a 5volt sensor that can provide the information you are needing.

@ the mismatched "answers."03-04 350Zs have narrowband O2 sensors. 04.5+ have wideband O2 sensors (this wasn't what OP asked for, however).
If you want to install a wideband for your 03 Z to check your AFR, then you need a wideband (separate from factory sensors) to do so.

So pretty much a narrow band A/F gauge would prove inaccurate, better to just go ahead with wideband. I do only plan to spray 75 shot, would I even require a wideband a/f sensor? People say 75 shot is safe without anything else
given the low price of wideband gauges, it would be a wise investment
