Does anyone know what a reasonable price is to have a Zex kit professionally installed. I was planning on doing it myself, but due to the lack of available time I am thinking about having it professionally done. I recently got a quote of $600, and thought that this was way too high.

 

I asked one of the guys that do install here in new orleans and he told me $200. $600 that's too much for NOS install...

 

the price depends on the kit and what it is you exactly want done.

 

I just need the basic kit installed with the remote valve opener and purge kit. $600 seems step evan for all this. I'll keep looking around.

 

my local shop sells a basic nos kit for $600/FREE install! so i know $600 for just an install is INSANE!!! id go by labor coast. my shop is $65 an hour, but im not sure how long it takes to install nos???

 

For the zex kit, it should only take 3 to 4 hours, so the install should be around $65 * 4 =$260.
