does any one know of a shop that has a dyno and could do my tune for my nitrous any where near southern indiana?

Depends on what you are using for tuning. I called this place earlier this year about Accessport tuning and they don't do it for Zs. I was the first call that they had received on a Z. They do tuning for quite a few other devices. They're in Louisville.

Im getting the UTEC for tuneing and they said they could do it no problem. Thank you for giveing me there website less then an hour drive from me!
