^ N20 hose is located under carpet mat. Nothing was drilled into at all. The lines were all hidden under vehicle I believe there is a spot to go thru without drilling I'll take pics later.. they run all the way up thru the front engine bay again from under the car, I wouldn't think it would be a good idea to run inside the car due to hazardous reasons... Hopefully this answer's your question if im wrong someone please correct me.
Update- HKS Plugs installed! Woot!! Big thanks for Z shop in streamwood, Il / One six motorsports for clean install of Zex wet kit.
Should be going to dyno middle/end of this month at Sound Performance since they are booked! keep you all posted.

bottle mount question
Do the HR z's have a different trunk design then the crusty 03's? I pulled up my carpet and spare tire and where you have your bottle mounted i have the jack tools etc in a Styrofoam insert thing. Mind telling me how you mounted your bottle there.
I like that its not in the middle of the trunk and for the most part out of the way and view.
Thanks,
Aggie

^ Thanks guys, sorry been really busy. As far as setup goes for the gauges and switches it was all custom made by One Six Motorsports. The bottle and lines are very stealthy and hidden to take any pics I would need to remove the subz (pain in the A$$!) lol

Mo just got his Z dyno yesterday at SP. I think he was happy with the results, made about 8 pulls.(took 4-5 hrs to setup and reset COBB after pulls) Some pulls with oem setup on ecu w/o spray,w/spray and with stage 2 w/o spray, stage 2 w/spray. He will post the result sheet latter when he uploads the Vids and Pics. I think you guys will approve of the numbers. I will let him give the exact numbers, but it was over 350 WHP and Torque for sure on stock block and a few bolt on.

Hey guys finally some results I will post pics later this week of dyno sheet
Dyno w/out spray 296 whp 264 whtq
Dyno w/spray 372 whp 363 whtq (bottle pressure was @ 840psi)
Map for both dyno pulls were done with stock maps and finally on the stage 2 + map.
Thanks to Vince for coming in even though he was sick to tune the car and Larry,Reid great guys as well!
Should be closer to 400 whp with bottle pressure around 1000 psi to 1050psi. Next will be some track runs. Car is currently running rich and everything seems to be safe and holding up so far. Did a quick highway pull and car ran like a beast.
Thanks SP

Fail.
Don't dive head first with a 100 shot. Take it slow. The recommended jet sizes are rarely accurate from what I've seen. Those are to be used as guides only. So seeing where your AFR lands with the recommended shot that is small will show you how much discrepancy exists between the suggested and actual sizes. From there, you can get an idea as to how much adjusting is required for the fuel jet size for the appropriate nitrous jet size. Again, play with your fuel size, not your nitrous size.
Also, just because my DE engine have withstood the constant beating it gets at the drag strip up to 102K mark doesn't mean that your HR engine can. Logic and common sense would dictate that the newer and improved engine should be able to, but real life doesn't always follow logic. All engines are different.
No offense, but this should all be common sense (taking things slow, adjusting fuel not nitrous, etc). I'm also getting the feeling that you've not read too much into nitrous (and not just from this thread). Maybe you should read a bit more on nitrous before planning things out. There really isn't much to learn about nitrous compared to other things so it really helps the end user to read as much as possible first before attempting anything.

^ Yes its an HR
I did notice the first dyno pulls were a bit high and later were adjusted by Larry at SP apparently something was wrong with the dyno. 334whp w/o nitrous at first and I was all excited! I believe that Tq numbers w and w/o spray could have been low possibly due traction control being on during dyno pulls?? Either way I know the car is ready for 1/4 mile can't wait :-)

Also, the traction control doesn't seem to have interfered with the dyno; it would've shown on the graph.
Considering your high baseline, your nitrous numbers could also be inflated. And what's with your bottle pressure being in the 800s? I doubt you truly sprayed whatever shot you intended on, given the circumstances. I'm not sure if you said you got a tune or not, but you should always dyno/tune with proper bottle pressure. Please, don't underestimate the importance of bottle pressure.
Anyway, what do your N/A quarter mile time slips look like?
edit - I just realized you are in Chicago. I'm actually flying up there tomorrow. I'd like to see your nitrous set up in person, if you don't mind.
