Default 75 shot safe?

I'm working on getting a Z and I found a 03 Z but... It used a 75 shot of NOS on a stock DE. Is that even safe? Will I have issues if I buy it?

I would never buy a used car that had used nitrous.

IMO only buy cars that were never modded.

Do it and put the 75 shot on or ask to keep it on.

Nos will come with the vehicle. It's Clean title for $6500. He apparently only used 1 shot of NOS. It's pretty stock besides a DYNO Tune and some other performance parts.

It's stock, besides performance parts and tune? By that reasoning, we're all stock! Lol

But if you do buy this car, keep the setup. A 75 shot is safe to run if you have the proper safety equipment.

Yeah thats some funny stuff right there.

Its like a crackhead showing you his crack pipe "Oh, I only smoked out of it once"

This is exactly what I was thinking. But at least it's tuned for it. Lol. A crack head taking a hit will respond a lot differently than someone who has never touched the stuff before. Needless to say, the untouched specimen will undoubtedly be the better of the two, but cars and people are two different things.

Op, in other words, if it has a good tune and a mature owner, smoke all the crack you want. (The car should check out okay)

Keep in mind, nitrous is only to be used on the track and I believe you can have your car impounded if you're caught with it hooked up on the streets. IIRC

Unless the motor is currently damaged, it will be fine. There's no hidden effects of nitrous use that will pop up way down the road. I've been hitting my car with a 100 shot for a long time now and it's perfect, it all depends on how you use it and how well it's set up.

These cars need the extra power, they're just too slow in stock form lol.

Ha ha ha! A lot of stuff is illegal but we still do it. Do a pull with nitrous and without nitrous and see what happens first...you pull over and rip the system out or do another pull and get another big @$$ smile? My guess...latter of the two. Soon you will be doing a search on my350z.com to see how much nitrous stock motor can handle to up your shot.

I completely agree with this, except the upping the shot. If you like it, leave it. You will get carried away.
