go with the NX kit (nitrous express). its the best and least complicated to work with in my opinion. im using it on my car now with nothing done to the engine besides colder spark plugs and an intake. im at a 125 shot now without any problems so far.

let me know if you have any other questions. al-salam aleikum.

nx stage 1 efi is exactly what you need. thats what i have. you mentioned you want to use a 100 to 150 shot. that kit only comes with a 35, 50 and 75 shot jets. you'll have to buy anything higher seperate. the jets are cheap though.

if you have any questions, email at mysunset350z@aol.com ill be able to answer back a lot faster.

good luck.

What should one expect to pay for nx stage 1 efi with install? How do you install it so smokey doesnt find it? Does it need to be removed once smog cert time comes around?

a stealthy install will cost you a bit more because you have buy some extra parts and extensions to hide everything. we dont have smog testing in michigan so i dont have to worry about that, which means i have no idea what to tell you. not sure on the cost to install the kit. it all depends on what you buy with it. the basic kit install shouldnt cost more then 300-400, then again i did my own install so im not sure.

MYSunset, is that the kit you have?

mrgwski, I have been thinking about going this route for a while now ... you can stealth install it on the side of the spare tire in the back....and just turn it off for smog testing. to be a bit safer, get the black hosed instead of the shiny braided ones, still the same strength .. just stealthy. how big were you thinking of going ... i wan thinking 55whp or so ..

Hey Jim,
Its Matt. Thanx for the stealth info. Maybe we can do a gb on this, too, but then again, that wouldn't be very "stealthy" would it?

What kind of 1/4 mile runs do you think you could get from a 75 shot int oa 6 speed 350z with just intake and exhaust? Low 13's??

Many runs thier nitrous line directly throught the cabin of the car, just like you would a power cord for an amplifier.

yes, this is a wet kit

It uses two solenoids that add both fuel and n2o in proper amounts per manufactuers jetting specs.

It taps into the intake "tube" with a shark-type nozzle right before the maf.
