There's your problem. You tighten it about 30 ft-lbs then tighten it another 60º of the breaker bar. You probably tighten it around 200 ft-lbs with that procedure.

Yea I installed it with like 45lbs + 60degrees.
Haven't had any problems with it yet.
Doing the install on an auto SUCKS.

It feels great. I got the WRP Underdriven crank pulley something like 1.6lbs
I'm wondering if it will show up on the dyno

jeep is navy blue and is usually parked out in the front of hooters by the street. just been working alot. havent had time to do much of anything because of work, football season, and hunting season
