I'm going to get the UTEC after Leah's b-day hehe. Gonna buy it from Corr since they knock off a little off of the tune.

 

Greg are they going to lock it so they are the only ones that can tune it?

An N/A tune is simple and not too involved. Locking the maps with a password is ok too because it's not like Greg will be messing with it. If I were you I would get the map switch, and an N/A tune on num 1, and the n20 map on another number. Just use the UTEC to dictate when the nitrous is introduced and when it stops. Get the A/f right on the nitrous map rather than what I did and just spray it. Either way would be fine, but might as well use the utec.

I'll order the map selector once I'm ready for nitrous. I have no idea if they'll lock it or not but I sure won't be tampering with it hehe.

I wouldn't let anyone fuq with it. No one should be messing with it if they don't know what they are doing. I was just saying that it would suck because what if you were no where near them and you needed to get a retune or something? I don't know. What if you wanted someone else to tune it later on? Know what I mean. It has nothing to do with Corr at all. I meant in general whoever would tune a car.

 

I hear what you're saying though. Its not so much of to force you to go back to them, its more of to protect their tune.

Meh, I could careless really because I won't touching it and I doubt anyone else will either.
