if you do want to do this, you will want to start looking into a hosting solution. I use GoDaddy although some people think its expensive. Once you get this paid for, i can transfer the domain to you and get you started.

 

no paypal doesn't cover item disputes for "off-site" sells.
they are full of crap and just finding an excuse

Paypal has screwed me more than twice on issues regarding bad sellers. I don't use them any more as a "safe" form of payment, rather I use them as a quick and easy form of payment. Paypal is NOT SAFE for buyer or seller. You can easily get screwed without any sort of protection. Just beware and don't use it with a false sense of security and you will be fine
