Yes, I noticed the similarities. The Niners Sunday, and the Vikings next Monday. I haven't forgotten about you, and soon as I have two, you will know it. What exactly did they do to MC?

Fired Matt... they felt he was trying to promote g350z driver from his site (which isn't true) and he deleted some of his posts and threads from my350z so they felt he was deleting "their" content.
Basically all of the GT-R stuff that he once posted up on this site, he deleted... they wanted him to keep it here so they could post it up in their new GT-R subforum while cutting ties from him anyway.

Not true. Had nothing to do with promoting another site, not even mygtr. It's their site, therefore it's all their content.

Check the TOU and you'll see that by posting here, you're essentially granting the site unlimited use and rights to the content. You don't have any right to "take it back" in the future.
That's especially true in MC's case in that he was a paid employee of MY350Z/IB. Anything he did here belongs to his employer. Just like what you produce for your employer, you can't take it and sell it to somebody else if you're already being paid for that item/service/IP.
