my suggestion is telling the guy to stand over u and bending his knees so u dont have to move ur neck to much....hehe....seriously, massage is great not just to relax but it does alot for the body itself...u should look into getting massages...if u really want me to rub u down its gonna cost u...i aint cheap...unless u get me drunk then i'm easy

Haha...yah Im prob going to look into getting it done....because Ive really been getting bummed being out the gym for so long. I just cant workout with the neck problems Ive been having tho and all the family doctor said (after MRI and XRAY show nothing apparently) to take to advils before I go to the gym lol

So do you have alot of experience with alleviating neck problems? Basically Im guessing i strained my neck of some sort in the gym doing a bench press. I was straining really hard on the last rep then I just got a sharp pain in my neck that shot up to my head. After that anytime I would do anything strenous...even sex lol...Id get a crazy headache in the back of my head and had to immediately stop whatever I was doing. I got put on muscle relaxers for it and it helped the headaches but my neck is still stiff/sore throughout the day.
Im just kinda lost as my doctor says nothing is wrong but I know something has to be wrong. It feels like my neck needs to be cracked all the time...i dunno

i would need to take a look at it first then can give u an idea of what might be wrong...i cant say i can fix the problem but i can alevate some of ur pain...it might take a few sessions..dont ever believe that going one time will fix any problem...its gonna take time to heal. sometimes u have to retrain ur muscles again and that could take weeks or even months of therapy

i usually charge 70, most ppl charge about the same...it all depends on ur ins., u might need to talk to ur dr to get a referral or something like that

LSU game was crazy last night. I had a good time. It was freezing. Everyone started leaving because LSU was doing horrible. By mid 3rd quarter, the stadium was half empty. Then LSU started coming back. Mid 3rd quarter the score was 31-3, Troy was up. By the end of the game, score was 40-31. LSU won. It was a wild comeback.
