Would it be straight to ride roughly 2 miles (From marrero to harvey) without my hood on? Was gonna get a buddy to pick it up in his truck but worried about it getting damaged in transport lol

it's not illegal. . .i rode for 2 days without a hood in marrero with my dakota. . .but that was back in 04. . .still don't think it would be a problem. . .
