Strawberry hulk's are good for weight, but that can get expensive. If you are hitting the weights to get big, take at least one gram of protein, for every lb of body weight, but do lower reps, and heavier weight, and stay dedicated.
Yeah, I get a hulk every now and then if I don't have a meal with me. They are way too $$$ to be getting on a daily basis.

Yah...Ive been at it a while and was doing real good at one pont but I allways seem to hurt myself and it takes me out the gym. Like i graduated highschool at prob 125 ish lol and I got up to about 155 but it was a bit sloppy. Im at like 140 ish right now just got back from hurting my neck.
Lost alot of weight tho...trying to get back into it but Ive hurt my neck twice so IM trying to do less weight not with better form...we shall see how it goes...

That's the way to go. Get your form down first, and then work on the heavy weight. Without form, your wasting time.
