Yeah the sleeves and rings were weak from what I remember and to swap pistons you'd have to resleeve because of the FRM material although my buddy said they have compatible pistons for the stock sleeves now but I dunno.

Still in all, I'd probably look into getting something that will get you from point A to point B reliably and cheap given the circumstances. Then you can save money and get what you want when the time is right.

with the way my luck is as soon as i drive it off the lot in houston the chit breaks on me...its better for me to buy something new or close to new and something japanese

my lender just called and i got approved for just about anything under 40k with 5.5apr
