just tell him the truth...tell him "how would i know? i'm not working over there with him." let me tell u something...i'm always early for work and everybody that walks through the front door i greet them enthusiastically...i try to close everybody that comes in. and i treat everybody customer/co-workers as i would treat my friends and family...sorry, i felt like shiet monday morning, actually all day sunday was feeling like shiet....but when jonathon said he needed me to come in, i did with no questions asked... and i still got there before everybody...but then i get a phone call about my friend...i had to leave...sorry, i'm still human..i have emotions...i saw this guy almost everyday for the past year and i was suppose to hangout with him on sat but since i didnt go anywhere, i never got to see him alive again..so if u see that a sign of weakness, i apologize.

I know the feeling man. It took me a while to grasp things when my uncle passed a few years ago. I'm usually good about separating work and personal issues but some things can't be just too overwhelming.

You don't have to apologize to me, I am just stating what I'm hearing. I have lost a couple of friends also, ones that lived with me for years, so I do understand, but you have to also see things from his shoes. He just purchased a business that he was mostly lied to about, and he is trying to get things up and rolling, and he is counting more on you, than anybody else over there.

i know he is....but i never let any of my bosses down in the past. I get over here and shiet is a mess..i'm not pointing fingers, and i'm doing my best to gain the trust of the ppl on this side...we have an acting manager that hasnt been trained properly and quite honestly doesnt really care imo....then u have me, who knows i'll be able to handle it but like the acting no training on what i need to know.
