i say do it if your ready to handle a mortage tony. i stay in willowbrook with my gf family and the houses are similar to those in stonebridge, i think. plenty of space and pretty nice neighborhood.
on the side note someone offer to buy my rims without me actually posting them up for sale. i kinda want a new set but not really sure what to actually get. maybe AME, DPE, WEDS, or different set of WORKS. something aggressive, bradley and lance give me some suggestions or just post some more pictures

Sounds like the symptoms of the AC control ribbon disconnected. Just pull that shift trim panel off and see if the ribbon is disconnected or dirty. I've had to clean mine from some spilled soda on it and it would make my AC do chit like turn itself on or when I'd turn it on, it wouldn't turn off

Hi NOLA crew. Any chance some one out their has a factory fuel pressure regulatoer that can part with?
I need the one that resides in the fuel pump assembly. If some one did a return fuel system thay should have removed it. I need it to hack up and try to get a little more fuel pressure out of my fuel system. I'd rather give this a shot them spend the $$$ for the RFS just yet. Basically I am out of fuel on the top end. I can run 14psi up to 5750rpm, then I use my boost controler to slope the boost down to 10psi at 6500 rpm. I am walking 95% injector duty cycle the whole way from 5700rpm to 6500 and staying at ~11.5:1 AFR. If it will take 14psi of boost across the the torque peak it will take it all the way to redline so I need more fuel...
