200 here, I have P90x. Did it for a few months and stopped. It definetely work if you want a hardcore workout 6 days a week.
I won't say that I can handle all of the workout, but I do what I can.
I have gradually been able to do more and more each time.
I'm feeling a whole lot better since I've started.
I'm about 5'10" 167lbs. Have been on a solid program for about 6 months and improved on every lift. I've put almost 70lbs on my squat and deadlift.
Started off squats at 275lbs for 10 reps which was about where I left off in high school. Today I did my highest of 375lbs for 8 reps and I feel like straight death.
Dead lifts we started at 135lbs for 8 reps and I managed to do 245lbs for 8 reps.
My goal for bench has been to get around 225lbs about 15-20 reps. Right now I'm at 10. Before I couldn't even get close to 225lbs
Only thing i want to do is get lean. Started at 195lbs 5'6". Now at 178-180 lbs. Want to get to a lean 160 lbs. Right now just focus on dieting alot and cardio with the occasional weights. Hard to build muscle on a low protein renal diet but ill figure that out when i get there.

Yeah Im aiming for somewhere around there too like 165-170 but im trying to get up to that much lol lil harder lol
Not sure if they advertise a lot...jacob said they dont bc they are apparently so close to steroids that they are worried about becoming banned lol....his moms sells it in her supplement store or sum so we buy from her.
Greg, that's a huge difference between your squat and dead. Your deadlift should be atleast somewhere near your squat.
I've switched to front squats and romainian deadlifts, but when I was doing back squats and regular deadlifts they were always within 10 lbs of each other.
