Greg, that's a huge difference between your squat and dead. Your deadlift should be atleast somewhere near your squat.
I've switched to front squats and romainian deadlifts, but when I was doing back squats and regular deadlifts they were always within 10 lbs of each other.
One of my biggest limiting factors with dead lifts is grip. That chit hurts my hands. My hands are small so I can't get the soleil grip
