I'm at 190 lbs right now. 2 years ago I was at 230lbs. Been in the gym since august 2008. Not taking any supplements. Just my high protein low calorie diet. I need to stack some supplements.

Greg, that's a huge difference between your squat and dead. Your deadlift should be atleast somewhere near your squat.
I've switched to front squats and romainian deadlifts, but when I was doing back squats and regular deadlifts they were always within 10 lbs of each other.
