Well I tried two shops today and neither of them have been successful with mounting my 245/40s on my rpf1s. I think I'm going to order some 275/35s for the front since I'm running 275/40s in the rear. My only worry then is if I will rub.
I would say yes unless you run crazy camber like bradley.....i think he has 275s on his track rpf1s but dont quote me on that and he runs i think -3 camber to allow that llol

I have 285/30s.
My car is only on Tanabe NF210 springs, 1.2" drop. Do you think I should buy a different size? I don't want to rub at all. I told the guy at the shop to order 275/35s, but I can change the order as long as I call him by 5.

I just found this thread. It was when he was dropped on GFs, I think I might need to order 265/35s for the front. I doubt I will rub in the rear, if I do I'll just roll the fenders.

just get your fender rolled. its no expensive and you shouldnt rub at all with that size tire and rim.
be on the safe side and get them rolled you will need them done anyway.
