I agree. I didn't take it as them doing it to keep anyone from going anywhere else. I was just thinking, for instance, about getting a tune shop A after all the bolt-ons. Then, a year or two later, you go FI and you want shop B to tune for you. It's friday. My mind is off on a tangent. sorry for the confusion.
No it's not! Any drift event in Houston is atleast $75. Any track day @ NPR is atleast $150. And this is local so, no money on gas, hotel, food etc. People that have been running NPR for years skip those track days to come run this road course. The skid pad is the best surface in Louisiana. It doesn't eat tires nearly as bad as Gulf Greyhound Park (Houston) or NPR.
