Good news on the exhaust. I just got off the phone with Louis @ Invision Performance. I showed him the pics. He thinks the dent is to big and he is sending another y-pipe. He said that the tips are just about in the same condition as all the others that he has in his shop. They all have some little scratches. Some are bent. I decided to keep the tips that I have and wait for the new y-pipe.
