what about the falken fk452? I heard those are good too and a little cheaper
the fk452 255/45R17 are $116 each
Azenis Rt615 245/45R17 are $117 each
is 245 big enough for the rear? Thats the only size they have on www.edgeracing.com

I run 285/35/18 Nitto Drag radials in the rear, and 245/40/18 Nitto Neo Gen in the front. I'll be putting some different tires on though soon. Don't need the DR's in the rear anymore with no blower. Might do some auto-x here and there though.

If you do not plan on auto-xing the fk452's would be fine for you. They are decently grippy tire but still carry good wear characteristics. Azenis contain a lot more grip but will wear faster, of course.
A 245 Azenis would be plenty enough for the rear.
