So after nearly three months of waiting my Veilside lip finally comes in and guess what...

It's the Fucking wrong one!!! Big suprise there

The item number on the invoices and everything is correct but the lip itself is wrapped and labeled with a different number. It should be AE068-02 MA but is AE068-09C which is not even listed on Veilside USA's website. They send me a Fucking JDM lip or something?

Needless to say I am beyond pissed right now...

 

That sucks, so it's like a fake one or something they sent ya?
Who you got this from anyway? so I make sure to not order from lol

 

Oh no, It's real for sure, just the wrong one. I found it on Veilside's Japan Site.

Got it from Intense, never ever ever will I deal with them again. I guess I'll get in touch with Veilside USA because I have a feeling Intense will wash their hands of the situation like usual...

 

damn that sucks bro. after all the ish ive been hearing about intense and how i tried to get them to help me, i dont think im going to deal with them either. try dan at assaultech. hands down the easiest guy to talk to and get parts from. he gives pretty good deals on stuff too.

 

Dan is a great guy. He hooked me up when I needed a wheel.

I'd hold out until I got what I wanted (obviously, as evidenced by the diffuser). Unless there was something you were planning for anyway, I'd just get the situation fixed.

Is your lip made for an 03-05 bumper or something?

 

It has to be. The curve is close but it's not wide enough. It almost fits but not quite.

If I have to wait another 3 months I'm saying f-it. I'll get a Seibon TT lip, the '08 version looks almost exactly the veilside and it is $200 less.

Hopefully they have my lip in stock still.
