no man... its called rotator cuff issues.. lol
maintaining is where i'm at these days.. looking to lean up actually. I'm doing the "50 cent" diet.. oatmeal for breakfast, liquid lunches, and then a light dinner.. comes out to about 1200-1300 calories a day (40/40/20).. at this point, i'm back at 145lbs.. goal being 135-140ish. Remember I was at 159 2 months ago? Mom said I looked skinny.. damn her.
Once I'm all kung-foo physique'd out, I will push to increase lean muscle mass.. tried that "get fat and then cut" routine and I think I like it the other way around...
Anyway.. knee issues put me out of running for a few weeks, cuff issues hold back my bench potential, and my ex wife has me on the brink of insanity.. other than that.. i'm good!!

I'm still somewhere around the 300lb range
