My current front setup is 10.5" +15. The new wheels are 9.5" +22. To keep roughly the same look (give or take a few MM), I should use a 10MM spacer, correct?

1 inches = 25.4 millimeters
meaning your about -13mm to a 9.5 from a 10.5.
so a 20mm spacer would put you at 9.5+2 which is almost the same as 10.5+15
give or take a few, its close

I've got 15mm spacers already. I'll use those up front. I ordered a 10mm for the rear.

i have a 20 mm on my rear sitting at 10.5 -2 and its perfect and im slammed
i dunno how you like your stance but
i would put the 15 in the rear and 10 up front.
giving you 9.5 + 12 front and 10.5 + 7 rear which would be a nice setup
also depends on tire sizes to
