What gains do you expect with a tune?

honestly, i dont know.....i'm new to these cars and how they respond to modifications. when i did an intake, u/d pulley, and exhaust on my mustang i got about 15-20rwhp/rwtq and then about another 15rwhp/20rwtq with a tune. so i'm guessing about the same from this car would be nice with a good tune

I'm getting my Z tuned this Summer. I was quoted about 700 and was told I could expect 15-20hp with the few mods I had: Fujita SR, UD pulleys, Kinetix SSV, MR headers, Kinetix hfc, Stillen y pipe, MR Drift Spec exhaust and JWT clutch/flywheel.

No, that was an inside joke that us locals have. Sonic Boom is no longer in business. You want to check out Corr Performance. They are the tuning guys in this area.

Go to forged performance. Think they are charging 400 for a tune(if i remember correctly), and hes one of the best tuners out there

-Oh and if i remember correctly doesnt the kinetix ssv actually cause a loss in power?

Where's that located?

The butt meter didn't register a loss or gain, but yes and no.

That's what Corr charges.

- The SSV had heat issues, which could be linked to power loss, but I think they redesigned it.

Yes, they released a revised version. It's not supposed to be a pos.
