LMAO at "geeky". Is that what I have been over the last 15 years of Z ownership? Geeky? ZdayZ - geeky? I don't get it

Does anyone in OH want a built 5AT?

I know it's obnoxious to come into this thread and ask, I've been trying to sell this thing for a few weeks, and I really need it gone.

The FS ad is in the classified section, and I'd want $2100 delivered, within 2 hours of Cleveland. It's heavy so I'd rather not drive it anywhere, but if I have to, I will.

I don't mean anything negative by geeky. I just mean a bit obsessed. Hell, posting on this board makes me a Zgeek. I'm too busy being a guitar geek (played at the Barn last night and On The Rocks tonight). Don't have time to get geeked out over the Z's right now. I just drive them, though I joined ZROC. I got some grief from corvette guys at my gig tonight since I've been driving my car in the rain and it's dirty. LOL. Now, the '87 doesn't get driven in the rain, usually because the t-tops are off. ;-) But the 05 will probably be driven in anything but snow and ice. I may change my mind when the salt hits the roads...

I don't understand this...

1.) You say you don't have time to get "geeked out" over your z, yet you're on a z forum? Why get on a z forum and tell everyone you don't have time to be a z enthusiast.

2.) It's just a car man, I could understand if you didn't want to drive your ferrari in the rain, but common man your z is not gonna get hurt by the rain. I know everyone is different, but shoot I went snow drifting in my nismo this past year and its still spotless...What I'm saying is, don't get so caught up in that stuff man, enjoy your z! Then clean it!

1) I'm here to learn. I'm talking about time for the meets out of state etc... I did go to the last stop of the ZROC cruise at Buckeye Nissan. I want to find time to do one of the other cruises. My brother in law joined me on this one in his 'Z31 anniversary model. That's an awesome car. My wife drove her '87 up to her sister's house today. We're just enjoying them but haven't gotten into the club thing yet.

2) I've been driving the crap out of my car rain and shine. Love it. I liked rubbing that in my Vette friends' faces. LOL. Cars weren't made to sit in garages. ;-)

Speaking of, I need to clean my 05 today.

Actually, these guys are pretty cool. They really love their cars and gushed over mine when I got it. They're putting on a car show at On The Rocks in Dublin in June. It would be awesome to see more than 4 Z's there. I think the profits go to Mid Ohio Food Bank.

Here are the details: https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=215234471840030

I always attend and provide the music / p.a. for free. Good group of people and a good cause.

Yea, I was kidding. Here's my ride haha Some of them have hardcore 'waxer' mentalities though. Won't bring it out unless it's perfect out. Mine is never in the garage.

This is my 3rd. Had a z about 4 years ago. Had it for about 3 years, still miss it a ton. Kinda wish I would have kept it and had a z and a vette. Just something about the z. Ah well, the vette keeps me busy.
