What's been goin on guys? Haven't been on the forums in a while. My laptop was out of commission and I was getting my truck fixed at the dealership finally. There were 3 other Trailblazer SS's there while mine was there, with the same exact issue! Rear Diff grind during reverse/forward while turning. TSB required a full diff case replacement, brand new clutch packs, updated springs, new fluid and gasket. 100 miles and it's feelin alot more solid. Hell, even gas mileage is up from before, lmao. But that could be just me too lol.

It's probably not just you. I'd think an increase in mileage would be expected. Diff issues can cause a lot of drag on the driveline.

Yeah I had the exact same issue with the GTO and there were MANY people who had the same issue.

The worst part about owning the GTO was the service. Many GTO owners who buy them, do not daily drive them. And if they do, it's not their only car. So all service is typically done by the owner. The dealerships don't familiarize themselves too well with the GTO because they hardly get them in. However, you'd think they'd have premium care towards an imported/high end vehicle like that.

Now, if you get G6's, Grand Prix's (SS's in my case) in a dealer all day, that is very familiar with a common issue, it's a quick "in-and-out" visit at the dealer, and everyone leaves happy.

Oh well, I love the truck, and she seems alot easier to drive, don't gotta dive into the gas too much to get her going, especially on the freeway, it's a light throttle adjustment. I seriously think that the rear end was dragging like you said Sean350z! No joke!!

Quick question though, do you guys know of any place in the AA area that sells Bell/Pyrotech helmets? I'm going to the ypsi auto-x this weekend (racing my friends miata) and I wanna invest in a good helmet for the future. Thanks!!

It's a small place but with good customer service. Call first to make sure they have helmets in a few different sizes to tryout. He carries Bell.

Hehe, don't be, there arn't many games available right now!

Although, I bought it, knowing that there would be a TON of games by Christmas, and it takes a little longer to develop them on such a complex system as is the PS3. But, I do like the fact I have streaming movies coming from my hard drive onto the PS3 wireless, music, pictures, 60gb internal PATA Laptop hard drive that can be upgraded manually, external HD access, memory slots of SD/Memory Stick/compact flash. And free online access with free downloads to free game demos (Gran Turismo 5 is AMAZING!!!) Just need a tv to play it on! The 27" tube is not cutting it, I can barely read the lettering on the objectives list on Rainbow Six!

76" is not that big! I have 135" screen in my basement theater. Home Theaters are a great place to waste time when it is cold outside

Maybe late notice for this weekend, but, I second that recommendation for Averill Racing. I just picked up a Bell helmet from there today. I paid a lot more than I expected to for a helmet. However... Customer service, fitment, and the reminder that I'm protecting my head convinced me to get a good one.
