I will try and meet you there around 10.
If you take your pistol in with you at the rifle range, they will let you use both on the same lane. At least thats what they let me do. I don't know if that has changed though...its been a while. They actually forced us to use the rifle range with the pistols when there are to many people shooting hand guns.

I have other stuff going on, so can't make it tomorrow. Hopefully next time.
Yeah, they had mix of handguns and rifles in the rifle range the last time I was there (doubleaction). There was some big gun down the range that was a bit distracting every once in a while KA-BOOM... I think he was launching mortars or something.
Have fun.

I plan on being there around 10 with everyone. Bringing one of my friends and my gf. She wants to learn how to shoot. I think we should let her fire the .30-06 for her first gun.
..jk. I will keep her to the 9 and the .22

See you all there! There are two ranges at this place. Rob and I will be in the rifle range. If you arrive late and can't find me, call my cell. 248-361-1844 Hopefully I will feel it vibrate.

Well it was a good time at the range. It was nice to see you guys again and meet you Lee.
Lee - Your 370 sounded amazing!
Brian - you .30-06 was a lot of fun to shoot. I have to say it was damn accurate for such a powerful rifle.
Rob - I hope you enjoyed your first time shooting real guns...lol Those first person shooter games must have really helped. You were pretty accurate with all the guns.
Looking forwards to this spring to see all of you. Summer cant get here fast enough. I miss the Z

^^ That was a blast! Thanks for setting me up on the 9mm (which I didn't do so well with) and your buddy's .22 rifle. I will definately pick one up.
Lee - Loved the Ruger. I forgot to ask to try your rifle. I really wanted to check it out.
Congrats on the shots you did Rob. I think you have a natural skill for this.
I'll post up vid and pics soon.

Do you guys ever shoot at Firing Line? That's not a bad range, but I had heard a rumor (and the thread was closed on Michigan Gun Owners) that someone committed suicide there recently? It's happened before, but in the past. Someone rented a gun and took their own life in the range. Terrible.
Anyways, funny, the speed guys like to shoot too. They ended up getting me into it. Now I have a Springfield XD9 4" compact.

Firing Line looks like a good place but they only have a 25 yard range. I need a range that allows large rifles. I think DoubleAction is the only one with a 50 yrd range that allows .30-06.
Bring that XD out sometime. This last meet has me wanting a pistol now.

It was a great time. Now it looks like I may be picking up a .22 rifle with a scope. Emily is hooked..lol. She also wants her own handgun. I only wanted to show/teach her incase she ever needed to use it, and now she wants to go again next weekend.
