The videos were a disaster, I wanted to get myself in the video so stuck the camera on my friends helmet. But he was so busy saving himself that I am barely visible in the video. Oh yeah, the video will make you puke with in 15 seconds of starting it.
I got some video that I shot with a camera mounted on my helmet. I will post that soon. Since I wanted to be visible in video I stuck the HD camera on his helmet and I use the SD camera so my video kinda sucks. But the rush is unbelievable.
Wish I had better company

I guess it was true. Unfortunately it happens more often than we hear.
Firing Line looks like a good place but they only have a 25 yard range. I need a range that allows large rifles. I think DoubleAction is the only one with a 50 yrd range that allows .30-06.
Bring that XD out sometime. This last meet has me wanting a pistol now.

We went out to Firing Line again last night and me and the gf put about 150 rds down range. She did a ladies night there and tried a bunch of guns, but learned alot. Still isn't sure what she'd like to carry once she gets her permit.
I on the other hand, may be buying an XD Subcompact 3" model. I like the XD's better than the Glocks i've shot. The sub Glocks feel so small, I feel like it's going to snap right out of my hand.
Got a chance to shoot my buddy's Bersa subcompact. My goodness what a little gun that is. Almost forget it's even there. Shoots 380 ammo too. Almost felt like a .22 pistol.

XD's are great guns, and they're safer to handle. For example, an unknowing person wouldn't know that you have to grip the grip safety properly in your palm in order for the gun to actually fire. Or to the familiar owner, they can know if a round is in the chamber and the hammer is armed by signs around the gun. Or how about the U.S.A. trigger safety? These are all things I respect about the gun and like about it. And it helps me with teaching my gf so she's familiar with the gun and how to operate it, should I not be around.

I got taught by a Detroit Swat cop in a private session.
We fired all sorts of fun stuff that was included in the class...
He takes more of a personal defense idea then the normal blah crap.
We also fired over 250 rounds EACH in the class it was awesome!!!!
Deepu-glad you had a good time man!
Ok this snow sucks I want spring to come ASAP
I shot the barelli shotgun, AK, MP5, M-16, and 4 pistols it was so cool....

If you guys are interested in the Stillen G3 intake there is a group buy for $449. That's a pretty good deal. I hope they're cool with including the 370 model.

I've used the HD version and the sound and picture are definitely better than the SD version. But, I am still waiting on the much needed accessories -- Remote and External Mic. These will make a ton of difference.
Also make sure you buy atleast a class 10 card. The minimum requirement is class 6 but some companies like Transcend won't work. Check THIS forum for more info on the compatible cards.
Fyi, Sandisk Class 4 cards work as well. I use
- 4G and 8G Sandisk Class 4 cards and they work fine.
- 16G Patriot Class 6

The external mic would be awesome. Plant it back inside so you get the engine sound without the wind noise. Is the remote RF so you don't need line of sight to operate it? Will it video out while recording? I'm thinking a bumper mount, remote to start it and video out to the NAV screen or to a decent headunit so I can see what is being recorded. (To make sure everything is lined up and working OK.)

I'm sticking with my current video solution.. it's old and a little annoying, but effective. I did pick up this pretty piece of hardware though.. supposed to drastically reduce drone. It sure looks much better than my current dirty, water stained, megaphone shockwave axle-back .
