Hey, just curious who in here is from around Decatur? There is a small group of us who get together during the summer around here. Just wondering who else is around here that would be interested. Also, anyone else winter their car? I am having crazy Z withdrawl.....my pos just ain't cut'n it!

EDIT: so restarting this thread. wanted to get together with some people last summer but it just didn't work out. so, gonna try again this year. so, I was thinking that could do like 4 meets at either car shows or just meet up at like a hooters or something, but mainly wanting to get some people together to drive to zdayz in chicago this year. anyone up for the above idea? also, there is a guy i used to ride with who autoxs in rantoul il, so that might be an idea too. just wanting to get something started.

I live in Springfield.

 

I'm more mid western Illinois. Staunton it's about 50 miles south of Springfield. But I'm in Springfield regularly

 

There are about 7 guys from bloomington and decatur that meet up from time to time. we have talked about doing a cruise sometime, so springfield is not out of the question. wasn't there a huge car show down by the old cap toward the end of the summer last year? I didn't go because I had a bolt the size of my thumb in my rear tire!

going to chi tonight...hit up the st pat day parade and then a tent party in the burbs (gonna be a cold *** party) for the guys around here...there is a car show the 18th in decatur at the ocharlies...i think 2 or 3 guys from here are going.

oh....i don't feel so bad....mine has a SWEET wing though...picked it up at walmart...it carries my bike!

 

nice...im a floorcoverer...carries the tools and gets crappy looks because of the paint...its peeling off....lol
